"Billy-Bob" Jennings graduated from Gordon Military College. Upon completion of required courses at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center he began his career with the United States Department of Justice-Federal Bureau of Prisons. His first assignment was at the U.S. Penitentiary in Atlanta ,Georgia. Since retirement from the Federal Correctional Institution in Miami, Florida,"Billy-Bob" and his wife continue to reside in South Florida and the Florida Keys.
