1Difficult to read, not understand.  Feb 14, 2008
By RespectSmileLive
I bought this book last week on somewhat of a whim. I regret now that I hadn't look more in-depth into the author (or the book at all really). While the concept of the book is very intriguing to me, it is poorly edited--if at all. Among the most distracting of grammatical errors were the comma splices. I'd have to say it was hard to get through just the first three pages solely based on the lack of editing. The author obviously knows what he is talking about, and may explain the topics well, however I feel the lack of correct punctuation shows lack of responsibility and therefore I do not recommend this book.

5Great book - A must read  Apr 12, 2007
By Harry
When I came accross this book on Amazon, I was a little sceptical as I wasn't familiar with the author.. But then I thought what the heck, I'll give it a try.
Surprisingly, this book is well thought of, easy to read and understand. It has opened my mind to new ideas. It contains easy to follow meditation techniques to help me cope with everyday stress in life.
