Playthings, the first novel by Mark Osborne. The story is great, eerie and captivating. Osborne catches the readers interest right away and keeps the momentum going throughout. It's a thrill ride and I can't wait for another novel by this promising writer!

By Ron M The Author has a great book.
The plot is interesting and he does a good job of taking one through the story full of action and twists. I received the book and didn't put it down until I was done the next day. I have read many science fiction books and few were as hard to put down as this one!
I have already given the book to a friend who liked it as well.
After reading the biography about Mark I was impressed to learn this is his first book. I look forward to more from him.

By Loraine Thomas The horrible of thia book just isn`t scarey. It`s just horrible. Not one time was I scared or creeped out by it. I stopped reading it very soon after starting it whioch is not typical of me.

By CLM A story full of genuine characters that are essentially oblivious to the never-ending-cliff-hanging terror surrounding them...most of the folks in this tale are unaware of all that is lurking behind the superficial harmony in their small town, and as the reader, you can't wait to find out what unforeseeable consequences and action is going to happen next ...hang on...this story will keep you reading all night and wishing for a body guard the next day.
