Poems From The Girl Next Door: Imaginations, Illusions and Images

POEMS FROM THE GIRL NEXT DOOR is filled with a provocative collection of poems that will move you from their abstract and 'in your face' approach to love and lust and sex. This enticing book reveals an honest examination of the lighter and darker sides of our emotions and life lessons. Whether the controversial, 'Rebel Yell: A Letter To My Hair', makes you want to have a conversation with your own hair or 'P~Play' makes you want to admire yourself in the mirror, you will not be able to finish this book without contemplating life differently.

5Gets Your Juices Flowin  Jul 01, 2007
By A Jackson
POEMS FROM THE GIRL NEXT DOOR makes you think. It gets your juices flowin while challenging your way of thinking. "COLOR BLIND LOVE" made me realize how many thoughts can enter your mind in just a split second. I could relate "REBEL YELL" because of my personal struggles with my own hair. The whole "SEXY TALK" chapter was very validating as a woman. She said things I have never actually said out loud, but felt on the inside. I highly recommend this book.
