An easy to understand reference tool. Aug 26, 2009 Kent's clarity to what can be a difficult topic to approach your "soon to be" or existing spouse is very helpful. The financial aspects of marriage need not be ignored like an unfortunate disease. This book should serve as a tool to those that want to make educated decisions.
Chuck full of information Jul 28, 2009 Filled with a lot of information for the bride/groom to be and the wife/husband situation. A "MUST READ".
Great Easy Read Jun 13, 2009 Teriffic easy read for both the novice and professional. Interesting anecdotes and perspectives from a pro. I would highly recommend this primer as a "must read" for anyone even thinking about their marital future.
A good how to book Jun 13, 2009 A real good book for the novice about how to put together Agreements to start or save troubled marriages. Many valuable tips.Great stories about strange clauses.
Let's get this document over with Jun 12, 2009 This book appeals not only to people about to get married but to married couples as well. The concept of postnuptials is not widely known, and in fact has rarely been addressed by courts nationally. This book opens up the discussion and offers suggestions for the future not only to lay people but to lawyers as well. The forms at the end are invaluable. I suspect postnuptial agreements will become a much more common practice in the future.
