Princess Secrets

Princess Secrets is the story of a young girl, Jada, who dreams of being a princess. To learn the secret of how to be a princess, she seeks the wisdom of a zebra, bear, rabbit, giraffe, tiger, deer and lion. They tell Jada about their own special features, but she knows she can never have their stripes, long necks or furry mane. I'll never be a princess!” she believes. To cheer herself up, she takes a walk in the forest to pick flowers. The sky suddenly grows dark as Jada hears the old hag of the forest command wild birds to fetch her dinner. Hiding in the shadows, she calls out to beautiful swans for help. They rescue a little girl, all alone, and bring her and Jada to safety. For her bravery, the swans and animals decide Jada should be a princess. “The princess secret is being who you already are,” they explain. Jada discovers that caring and courage were in her heart, and that she was already the princess of her dreams.
