 Best Business Credit Book Out There! Nov 24, 2008

I'd previously purchased "The Rationale Guide to Building Business Credit." It was more about general business financing knowledge than the process for building business credit. In other words, it left me still wanting to know how to build business credit.
That's when I found "Principles of Building Business Credit." It's by far the best book on building business credit available anywhere. The author tells you everything (and I do mean everything) you need to know in order to build business credit. I used the book to set-up my LLC, get my EIN, DUNS Number and I even used it to find out where to apply for business credit (I have an 81 Paydex score now!). I know it's more expensive than "The Rational Guide to Building Business Credit," but it's by far a better book. If you pass on this book, you'll be missing out big time.

This is by far the best book on how to build business credit that exists. I own "The Rational Guide to Building Business Credit" and "Unlimted Business Financing" and neither book even comes close to the information "Principles" offers. If you own a business, buy this book.

As a new business owner, I've been learning a lot about the art of running a business in addition to focusing on my products. This book was a great help to me to really learn how to set up my business for success. I had no idea that my business even needed credit! Mr. Roussell's book is so detailed and informative. I'm following every step. I understand now that if I set up everything right in the beginning, then I really can focus my time on building my product line and bringing in new customers! If you're starting out, buy this book!

Building person credit is one thing but building business credit is another, most of the ways to do this is free, do not let anyone tell you it cost MONEY, it does not. This books shows you how to do it for free.

Overall the book provides alot of valuable information on building business credit. Easy to understand. Book had a section that listed many of the larger companies (Best Buy, Staples, Sears, etc ) with their general credit lending information, such as whether they report to the Business Credit Bureaus automatically. I recommend the book to anyone who's looking for decent information & knowledge on the subject.
