Project Management as Warfare

As a project manager with over 20 years of experience, Gregory has deep expertise in project management. As a military officer studying the art of war, he noticed some significant parallels with the art of good project management. As a PMP and a PgMP with an MS IT (Project Management), and while pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, he realized that the lessons learned from studying the art of war filled a significant gap in the practice of managing projects. This book is not a dry rendering of the technical aspects of project management in other terms, but rather a completely new look at the aspect of project management that is often forgotten in texts and seminars: managing people to be sure the right things are done at the right time in the right way to ensure project success.
