not a christian book Jun 07, 2008 Using the principles of quantum theory, the authors try to present a "Christian" view but the book is not based on Christian theology...although there are interesting concepts and current quantum principles incorporated, the book theorizes that there is no Evil and all is an illusion; hence, defying the very basis of Christianity and Jesus' crucifiction. No evil, no need for Christ, no redemption. I see the problem of evil very real, not an illusion and I believe in a Creator that is Holy and there is much more involved even at the quantum level that is demanded from all creatures. I question every concept and spiritual value in the Bible and I consider myself to be open to various interpretations but this book doesn't satisfy or make sense to me on any level.

Amazingly Inspiring! Dec 14, 2007 "Quantum Prodigal Son" by authors Lee and Steven Hager is a "must-read" for anyone engaging with the unfolding of their spiritual blueprint; for themselves as well as for any others that share in this earth adventure. Having taught at six colleges and universities over the past twenty years, my involvement with aesthetics and philosophies, theologies and the arts has always taunted and nurtured my curiosities about living this physical and spiritual existence in which every one of us is engaged. "Quantum Prodigal Son" will push a few of your buttons regarding your perceptions and interpretations of the collective unconscious ... concepts you may have truly accepted as "truths" from your past or present ... it will compel you to turn the next page and reflect on historical assumption, only to arrive at possible new and exciting conclusions; and questions and new ideas of your own. "Quantum Prodigal Son" helps you to easily understand the nature of quantum physics and how it directly relates to the non-existent world in which we travel, work, laugh and play. Ultimately, the words within the covers of this new book will provoke realizations and ideas that will explode like galaxies in your head. And uniquely to you and your experiences, it will offer a deliciously-comprehensive scaffold in which you will be enabled to articulate with enlightened understanding the true nature of your physical and spiritual cohabitation. We are on the cusp of a dramatic shift in our understanding of physical and spiritual life ... allow these concepts and pages to provoke within you insights inspired through the love and joy in which they were conceived and intended.

Thank you! Jan 28, 2007 I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am not a scholar; I am a simple working Housewife/Mother. I like to think that I strive for what is good and try to do good at everything I do. I am, like possibly many others, always looking for "what more is out there". This book is, "More of what's out there". With the knowledge I have recieved from "Quantum Prodigal Son" I hope to be a better person then I was before I read it and I feel that I am. It has brought more questions to mind and I feel that's what Heavenly Father wants me to be doing; ask more, learn more and to grow. I am very glad I have read it and I hope that there will be more as I feel there should be more! I leave you with this quote from the book on page 267: "Our Father wants us to return as quickly as possible and has no need or desire to make our return difficult; if it is, we must take responsibility for that thought". I say these things in the name of our Heavenly Father and beleive this book to be a true spirited book that can only bring enlightened thoughts and a loving heart with peace of mind in the end. I thank you for writting this book for all of us who want the chance to grow. You have helped me grow and I thank you!
