Quit Smoking While Still Smoking

In traditional mental healthcare, no one is telling you that mental illness is caused by biochemical problems such as pyroluria, histamines that are out of balance, toxic metals poisoning the brain (and body), amino acids that are out of balance, etc. Instead, you are given talk therapy and synthetic, man-made drugs to suppress the symptoms. Sadly, this treatment is often for life. If you want to actually recover or, better yet, prevent mental illnesses, you must find out exactly where the body's biochemistry is out of balance. The Secrets to Recovery gives you the information you need to find these causes, using Orthomolecular Medicine, the science of using medical tests and nutrients in optimal doses to rebalance the body's natural biochemistry. Abram Hoffer, M.D., the "father" of orthomolecular medicine who is revered by people all over the world, wrote the foreword. No one should be without this book.

5Fantastic  Oct 12, 2008
I found what makes this book different from others, that it is based on common sense. It is like nothing else on the market. It is truly a one of a kind plan on quitting smoking. The special calendar really makes the plan easy to follow. For the first time, I expect to actually quit smoking for good.
