Cuts to the chase! May 05, 2010
By L. Silverberg The best thing about Reboot is definitely how quick and easy a read it is! The next best thing is that when you're done, you really can't recall what reasons you might have had for procrastinating or avoiding a conversation. Reboot normalizes, not just the existence of conflict, but *addressing* it, and makes doing so manageable and even appealing.
Quick, Easy and it Works Nov 17, 2009
By Karen Shear This book not only works for business managers and leadership officers, it also helps any one in the work place who needs to have a difficult conversation. So many other books on this subject are complicated and take hours to plow through. If you want to get to the heart of the matter with an easy step by step guide, this is the book for you. It helped me build a better relationship with my boss and I have recommended it to several of my friends in the government as well as the private sector who have raved about its effects.
This really works! May 15, 2009

The approach outlined in this book works like a charm. The book is so simple and so easy to read, and it really, really works. I was having a difficult time communicating with one of my business partners but I followed these steps and am now able to converse and work through difficult issues (it works on my family, too). If you want results, I highly recommend Reboot!
