The best thing about Reboot is definitely how quick and easy a read it is! The next best thing is that when you're done, you really can't recall what reasons you might have had for procrastinating or avoiding a conversation. Reboot normalizes, not just the existence of conflict, but *addressing* it, and makes doing so manageable and even appealing.

This book not only works for business managers and leadership officers, it also helps any one in the work place who needs to have a difficult conversation.
