Great Book!
Given no river (white water) rafting experience, the scenarios are vivid. With some river experience, the white water scenarios are even more exciting. Unfortunately, it's a short read...on the road to the river this weekend, I'm reading it again!

Like to Camp? Take this book with you on your next adventure and read it outloud to your camp mates! What an adventure with scandal, mystery, romance, intrigue and of course, murder! I read it outloud to my camping group (if you have children - you may need to "edit" a few parts) and we were watching behind us when it got dark. It definitely got our attention! Terrific book from an OUTSTANDING author! Thanks Alvin! Can't wait for the next one!

Coleville's gripping story of calamities that stem from being in the wrong place at the wrong time will make this a one sitting read. Once you start you can't put it down. Written with the easy going rhythm of bygone days, this was relaxing and refreshing time spent rolling on the river. Suspense builds as this action tale unfolds in the wilds of the back country. A good tale across the ages.

A quick, easy read. Exciting enough that I read it in two sittings. Should appeal to those who have made multi-day river trips or just enjoy a fun adventure.
