This work may seem very simple -- but it is a series of words that when combined in this format help people to think of many scenerios. Every reader will come away from reading this book with a different experience. I think Ms Barszcz created a wonderful gift to her readers by sharing her work and this is a wonderful meditation device. We all need more oportunities to sit and think over a cup of tea!
