This book gives fantastic insights into coaching people to absolutely maximise their potential with minimium effort and have result in 60 seconds! I have used this model and have amazed my clients in how productive each session can be! Imagine that, having more clients in each day with less time and energy needed for each of them to excel. Win-Win all the way! But thats not all, it goes deeper by allowing you to understand yourself and maximise your own results! There are many books on coaching in the stores right now because of this "me too" culture, But this book is a must for anyone who is serious about the profession!
