Reunion in Middleton

The novel tracks a romance between a widower and a classmate who meet at a 45th high school class reunion. Their meeting stirs passion and reproach leading to a stormy affair. A divorce, a vengeful son, and a clandestine terrorist cell build to a climatic test of their love for each other. Ultimately, the survival of their relationship hinges on reconciliation of their differing values about Middle America. The author is a retired psychology professor who spent more than a decade researching aggression with emphasis on predicting violence of mentally-ill-violent offenders.
