I enjoyed the book a lot and really feel that the author had great advice for people who want to lose weight and/or maintain their ideal weight. Losing weight safely and realistically is not a viewpoint many "weight loss experts" share; however, with Ms. Karlstad's expertise & education, she shares numerous tips that will truly help ANYONE to lose weight and keep it off through lifestyle changes. Nice and easy to read!

Rx Fitness for Weight Loss is a book that really explains things so simple. This book is not your average "How to Loose weight" book. This book helps you UNDERSTAND the reasons for making a life change in our physical fitness. And once you understand the "Why" the desire to find out "How" increases.
