Great book with excellent information for being fit. Oct 30, 2010
By MamaSon to Travis I enjoyed the book a lot and really feel that the author had great advice for people who want to lose weight and/or maintain their ideal weight. Losing weight safely and realistically is not a viewpoint many "weight loss experts" share; however, with Ms. Karlstad's expertise & education, she shares numerous tips that will truly help ANYONE to lose weight and keep it off through lifestyle changes. Nice and easy to read!

By mypmkin Rx Fitness for Weight Loss is a book that really explains things so simple. This book is not your average "How to Loose weight" book. This book helps you UNDERSTAND the reasons for making a life change in our physical fitness. And once you understand the "Why" the desire to find out "How" increases. Julia, explains the "Why's" and "How's" in such a way that just motivates me!
