Kim has created a virtual potpourri of salads. She combines ingredients I'd never have thought of putting together and the results are extraordinary. My mother is famed for her "wacky" salads and even she has found new & fresh ideas here. Plus-the photography is to die for. How about a salad calendar for 2011??
