Packed with a good punch! Jul 14, 2009
By Diane Marie Pinkard
"Heart of Sales"
Dave's presence reflects professionalism. And his book teaches the same. He truly shares what an excellent "sales professional" needs to learn and practice. And he does it in a straight-up, concise, and to-the-point manner. His teachings do not only apply to your sales development, but to living your life!
Integrity as a work style and life style May 14, 2009
By Russ Hall I know the author, and I think he has drawn faithfully on life lessons he has learned from trying to live with integrity with himself, his customers, and his creator. His message is like that of an older brother, a wise counselor, a mentor, who wants you to succeed. He doesn't want your territory or your top leads, he wants you to do well, helping yourself, your client, and your organization all at the same time. Truly valuable straight-shooting advice from one who has walked the path before.
What Customers Really Want Apr 08, 2009
By G. S. Ahrens Dave Dias, in this terrifically concise treatment book, goes beyond gimmicks and fads to truly expose the essence of what customers (and all of us) really want. This book goes way beyond sales: it is the must-read practical playbook for applying the Golden Rule in creating win-win business relationships.
Outstanding Apr 08, 2009
By Kara Joseph This book is a gem. Very practical and helpful, it has been a key to making my business a client-friendly one. Highly recommended.
Breaks the Sales Myths Apr 07, 2009
By Larry Broughton I am so glad an author has finally prepared a concise, yet thought-provoking book about the "sales process." Sales Ethos is void of regurgitated feel-good catch phrases--thank goodness. Dias' book breaks the myth that direct, hard-core "sales efforts" lead to long term success, and explains that success in sales goes beyond cold calls and is rooted in serving others. Particularly in today's economy, this is a must read for anyone remotely associated with sales.
