Delicious, interesting and unusual recipes for soups and stews are compiled here for use as any part of a meal or a whole meal itself. There are recipes for hot or cold weather, from light starters or desserts to hot and filling. These recipes are international in scope, from fruit and vegetable through fish, fowl and meat, all written with careful instructions for the cook.
