5Kudos to Holly Morris Bennet  May 11, 2007
By Craig Carr
As a long time professional coach, trainer of coaches and a student of human nature, its been pretty clear to me for awhile that coaching in its brightest and purest form can be a modernized rendition of the best from Eastern mysticism, philosophy and religion.

Embedded in this beautifully written and concise essay is the clearest and most fun comparative read on the subject I have seen to date.

Holly makes it personal and she gives tons of real life examples of how Co-Active Coaching moves the Spirit. There is no question that Buddhism has great appeal to modern seekers in the West, and this book makes the case and convincingly demonstrates that good coaching can bring this well-journeyed path alive to new travelers.

I will recommend this book to coaches, Buddhist laypersons, and clients as often as possible.

5Not just for coaches!  May 02, 2007
By graceuntamed
Holly Morris Bennet does a beautiful job bringing wisdom and insight to the kinds of questions we all bring to our loved ones and friends, as well as to coaches. The vignettes are short, light, entertaining and easy to absorb in small chunks. I love reading a single chapter in the morning and sitting with the wisdom there as I go about my day. Ms. Bennet models an approach to supporting others that sets a high bar....catalyzing growth and awareness in powerfully loving, fun ways. ANYONE interested in witnessing, championing, or supporting anyone else would do well to read this delightful book. I find myself buying multiple copies and gifting them to....well, to everyone.

A lovely and honest look at the marriage between coaching and eastern thought. Real examples of the connection between self-awareness and fulfillment - taking the time to check in with the "here and now" and to notice what is truly important amidst life's business.

5Buddha and the Coach  Mar 16, 2007

Ms. Bennet takes the reader on an enjoyable tour of the processes of life coaching. Paired with an essence of basic buddhist principles, the result is an engaging, spiritual peek through windows in the emotional houses we all share. As the writer suggests, "it is where the mundane meets the sacred". A wonderful little book, indeed.

5New and Insightful Perspectives  Mar 12, 2007
By KRS "KRS"
Holly Morris Bennett masterfully gives the reader a rare insider's look at life coaching, both from the coaches perspective and from the recipient. As I life coach, I recommend this book to clients and perspective clients to read.
