A Must-Read Thriller! Mar 08, 2008
By Richard E. Kelly I just moments ago completed reading Craig Bieber's fast-moving thriller, "Saylor's Triangle." And, I am still out of breath. The book is well-written, difficult to put down once you get started, and filled with non-stop, no-holds-barred action. However, be prepared to be tantalized and surprised by the unexpected. Bieber is a great story teller. For anyone who enjoys a good, exciting mystery, this book is a must read.

Saylor's Triangle Delivers! Aug 11, 2008
By Charles Banister Wow, that was fun! I was completely drawn into this fast paced mystery that blends corporate intrigue with the not-so-common street criminal. As a life-long Alaskan and frequent visitor to Hawaii, I particularly enjoyed Bieber's realistic descriptions of places and events. This is a well-written thriller, worthy of any author, not just a first timer! I'm waiting for the next...!

Great read Mar 09, 2008

I loved the way this book began - with an event that leads you through the rest of the novel. Hard to believe this is a first time author. Lots of twists and turns and a sure fire surprise ending. I have never been to Alaska or Hawaii but I have a very vivid picture of all the places that Craig describes in the book. I love that.
An unusual and intriguing book Oct 22, 2009
By Jarrel R. Jackson SAYLOR'S TRIANGLE is a hard book to stick a label on. Is it a mystery? Yes there is plenty of mystery . . . but it keeps you wondering how murder is going to tie in to the plot. Is it a romantic novel? Yes, could happen to you or me if we got lucky. But are they really lucky or is it going to bite them where it hurts. Nick and Beth Saylor are real people, possessing a self-made fortune, but retaining the common touch while enjoying the amenities of wealth. Young enough to live it up a bit, but steady enough to keep their diverse business under close personal management. Or do they? Has some trusted individual double crossed them? Or are several vicious underworld forces working to wreck their hard earned prosperity? A timely warning from two unexpected and almost unbelievable sources offers hope for their survival; if they can bring themselves to believe what their education tells them is impossible and their Alaskan heritage urges them to believe. The action moves at a high rate right up to the surprise ending, making this one of the best books I have read in quite a while.

Not Usually My Kind Of Book Jul 22, 2009
By Little Sam I almost never read this type of novel. Thrillers just don't do it for me. But this one showed a fresh approach, not written to formula. However, it was the depth of characters that pulled me in and held me. Even the characters I disliked were well drawn, vivid. I particularly liked the insiders view of the featured business. I've been involved in enough business to business selling, to know the behind-the-scenes are true, and cleverly written.
The writing stays on a high level, never faltering.
Two things kept me from giving it a five star: the first chapter seemed written for shock value alone, and the surprise ending wasn't for me a surprise, and not fully believable.
But you decide for yourself. This one is worth a read, and I'm looking forward to this author's next.
