This is a must-have book for any business owner. It not only explains the different facets of marketing and advertising, making it easy to see which tactics your company is ready for, it also offers step-by-step guidance that will enable you to actually instigate a new campaign yourself or make informed decisions when outsourcing to someone else. The layout of the book is fantastic. You can skip from chapter to chapter and learn about the topics that are of most interest to you without having to start at the beginning.

If you are in business or plan to get into business, this book will be your pocket sized resource center. It's VERY easy to understand and the concepts taught are proven to deliver results. My favorite thing about the book is the structure of the chapters. You can jump from chapter to chapter each time you need help on a particular marketing topic. I have referred back to the book numerous times since I first read it.

This book pretty much covers all the info you need to market your own business. For me, I know my trade inside and out, but I don't know the first thing about marketing, so this was a valuable resource to help me grow my own company. It explains how things really work in plain language so that anyone can understand it.
