Excellent! Mr. Castel has a way with words Aug 02, 2007
By John Doe I was extremely impressed with Mr. Castel's first work. He is articulate and although some of his characters disappear in the story, he spins an excellent yarn. The mixture of Sci-Fi and Fantasy is exeptional and the story kept me riveted the whole way through.
Congratulations on an outstanding first offering and I hope to see more in the future.

Another great imagination adventure for children and adults! Nov 13, 2008
By Christopher M. Plambeck
"MrFurry"
A sweeping space opera in the tradition of Rowling and Pullman, but more focused, providing a tighter read.
The story involves a 12 year old boy being raised by his kindly-but-mysterious grandfather. He has always wondered why he doesn't feel as if he fits in with everyone else his age besides his best friend. He is getting ready to find out!
The book features strong, interesting and believable female and male characters, with realistic foibles and issues, who have to work together using their individual strengths to resolve the mystery.
You are immersed in the mystery and strange going's on right from the start and it doesn't stop until the end.
Highly recommended!
