Secret Oath

Celby was a provincial, peaceful town along the Wisconsin banks of the Mississippi River, until Sharon Kircher arrived as the new minister to St. George. Then all hell broke loose. Steve Smith, Chief of Police, was also new to town. Neither of them realized that their serendipitous meeting on her first day in Celby, may have sealed their fate and tied them intrinsically to the town's destiny.
