A thoughtful book, enjoyable to read Oct 19, 2008
By Thomas V. Hagerty

Sense & Nonsense Since the Stone Age is a compelling narrative, each chapter pulling the reader along as the story of world history unfolds. But this world history is not just a catalog of wars and conquerors; it tells of philosophical, sociological, and artistic movements that accompany political currents. I liked the book because it gave me a feeling for what was behind the more dramatic events of history.
