A book that lives up to its promise Jan 09, 2007
By Ken Buckworth As a CPA in public practice, the thought that another stress-filled tax season was approaching was depressing. I decided to do something about it. This program delivers as advertised! I have gotten into an exercise routine, lost some weight and feel better. I have even started to meditate. I find that the little things at work aren't bothering me as much. I also find that my "road rage" stress has decreased. I hope to maintain these improvements during my next few stressful work months. I look forward to further improvement in the months following.

By James Allan Matte Seven Weeks to Conquering Your Stress by Dr. Richard Blonna is so far the best book I have had the pleasure of reading regarding stress management. It is a well-organized book with a detailed table of contents and a most useful glossary of terms and helpful references. This reader-friendly and well-documented book will surely be a benefit to all those who have the good fortune to digest its contents and the many gold nuggets of information it possesses. I highly recommend it.
