Shades of Gray

The story focuses on one undercover narcotics officer as he learns this difficult and sometimes dangerous trade of "penetrating" criminals and their organizations. From the first street level drug buy to the destruction of a drug kingpin the reader can feel what an undercover operator feels. The excitement, the fear of exposure, a sense of control and the emotional pain that all goes with "The Job".
