Simon of Cyrene & Barrabus

Simon of Cyrene, a Trader and Barrabus, an insurrectionist and recognized criminal in Jerusalem and its environs, are both lnown to have lived during the lifetime of Jesus Christ. Simon and two of his friends plan a caravan to Jerusalem, in 33 A.D. His two partners help select goods and products from their region and they begin the harrowing 720 mile trek to the Holy City. The group contends with extreme weather conditions, marauding outlaws and Sea Pirates, The city of Jerusalem is in an uproar because of the Roman Army occupation and the activities of Jesus Christ and his followers. How Simon and Barrabus meet and become involved in the death of Christ, is at the heart of the story we tell.
