Slave Princess is a masterpiece of story telling, George Latham wove a gripping story that takes you back in time to the days of slavery and tells a story of a beautiful princess was captured and sold into slavery. It is a triumphal story of the soul and spirit, a must for all readers!

Slave Princess is a cool book, it is short and fun to read, I couldn't put it down until I finished it. The story moves quickly and you really get alot of respect for Mamanna... she is a black slave who has tons of dignity. I think every black woman should read this book and know who they are and what they have in them. It made me want to be like her... a princess hidden.
