I found this to be a break-through book in the spirituality sector. There are so many new spiritual books each year that it can be daunting to find the real deal. This book presents a step by step guide on how to bring more Light into your life. Without dogma, this book clearly describes how to access and recharge your soul. The more I practice these exercises, the closer I feel to the Divine Presence. I highly recommend this for all thirsty spiritual seekers.

Rand Jameson Shields has been on a journey few return from. He has brought back information and instructions that the world has long forgotten. It is important that we start relearning how to live from our Souls, thus awakening to endless joy here on earth as it is in heaven. It is powerfully written, the exercises clearly defined and oh so gently you will begin to live from a perspective you didn't think possible. It is a beautiful journey that everyone needs to enter into that allows your Soul to Awaken to its Sacred path.

The earth has been a really dark place for a very long time - for those of you who would like to bring more light here - the way to do that is one of the subjects of this book. The mind really can't do it, but Rand Shields explains what you can do. According to Rand's transcendent experiences, bringing more Light into your soul is what you came here to do, and you can know this first hand when you begin to call more Light in.
