There was once a boy who believed in God. On the day his father was murdered, he decided to start over. The things he believed about God no longer made any sense to him. God was either different than he thought--or God wasn't there at all.

As it turns out, God is different than he thought.

God is different than most people think.

Our search for God, if He is there to be discovered at all, often begins with experience. And while experience may not be our only source for ultimate truth, it's not a bad place to start. That's because truth is always reflected in the tales that become our lives. Here are tales that tell of faith, hope, and love--traces of eternity we can detect within this biological existence we call life. At forty-nine, I know that there is more to life than simple biology. I know that spirit is deeper than flesh. I know that God is real. These are my stories.
