Poetry Fan Jan 02, 2004
Intense cadence with colorful images of nature, love, and family. Jemar tackles philosophical concepts such as living in pain, dying alone, eternity, and God with pregnant phrases that made me pause and reread and meditate on its truth.The poetry in this new book is easy to read but with the slightest pause, great depth hides in each poem, image, line, and phrase. It must be absorbed. I had to read it aloud to receive its full impact.

Beautiful images fill your mind as you read this book of poems and sonnets. The author uses word pictures to describe various aspects of love...the love of a husband for his wife, the love of a father for his child, the love of God for his creation. It is a must read for everyone who need an uplifting moment in their day!
