Super Gum Has Taken Over My Classroom Dec 07, 2005
I just finished reading Super Gum to my class of first graders. They were literally hanging on every word. The humor in the book kept the children laughing (especially the image of the principal on donkey in his parking space), and everyone was pulling for Amy throughout the book. The characters were easy to associate with and the story was constantly entertaining. We cannot wait to read Adkins' Farm!

Really fun and creative! Amy is a great heroine and Robby is a most unlikable bully. It's so entertaining to watch Amy discover her new powers and then use them to thwart Robby and any other bully who crosses her path. A delightful book!
Imagination with humor Aug 05, 2005
A creative story told with imagination and humor. After Amy purchases the "world's greatest secret" we are taken on an unusal adventure. We cheer for her to tame the bully. A quick, easy and enjoyable read.
