THINK or Lose Everything

How do you eat an elephant? The answer is obvious...one bite at a time. How do you bring down the world's most powerful country? Again, one bite at a time. Not a physical bite, but rather a slow but sure incursion into the religious, moral and educational underpinnings of that country. Gillham's identification of the genesis of this 'inch by inch' erosion of basic American values becomes obvious to the reader. The author's Call-To-Action includes simple remedies that will put America back on track and throw the scroundrels out! If you wake up every day asking yourself...what has happened to the America I grew up in and love? R. Carroll Gillham's THINK or Lose Everything is the prescription for all that ailes you.

1Author now charged with arson!  Jul 30, 2009
By Bruce Baker "Book Consumer"
The author of this book has recently been arrested and charged with the arson fire of his former employer, Gallery Furniture in Houston, TX. The fire caused more than $20M in damage to the companies warehouse and main store. He is currently being held on $500,000.00 bond in the Montgomery County (Texas) Jail.

As it turns out, this author was fired from this company for running a loan sharking business within the company.

Overall, say what you will about his "thought process" but I'm thinking it should be taken with more than a grain of salt considering these recent developments.

4Motivating  Apr 03, 2008
By Gina Schild "G Schild"
I read this book in one afternoon, I could not put it down. It took me through so many different emotions - anger, frustration, hopelessness etc. All of which motivated me to do just what Mr. Gillham was trying to do, THINK!! At times it was somewhat overwhelming, but also very much on the money on issues we face in America today. Mr. Gillham constantly reminds you that these are his opinions but I think that most people when reading this book will agree with him. Great book !!

5Great Book  Apr 16, 2008
By Linda BARRY
Thought provoking book. I found this book to have been written very well and very informative regarding the state of affairs that out country is in. Mr. Gillham seems to have grasped on the problems and issues of today's demoralizing decay of our schools, families, and government. I feel this book is coming, not soon enough, before the 2008 elections and it is a must read book in order for us to wake up in America and try to regain control of our country.

Mr. Gillham has written book that hopefully will wake us up to the current serous issues of today's society. I enjoyed this book and will re-read it again because you cannot absorb all of it's ideas in one reading. The author offers ways the get us back on track. I hope the book gets into more hands of people who will take action. This is an important book.

4Are you thinking or just reacting?  Jul 09, 2007
By R Driggers "GATEWAY"
Unpretentious yet thoughtful. Hard-hitting but practical. Gillham definitely has a way with words. If you are honest when you read and consider this book, you will realize that he's on target. He shows how actions begin with a thought and then a series of thoughts. Gillham states that by thinking correctly, even one person stands to make a difference in this world. Or worse yet, you may realize that you have, either through commission or omission, allowed our culture to spiral downward. At least once, you will probably find yourself saying, "YES!" If not, then perhaps you need to read it again! What I also liked were the very pragmatic suggestions he makes that we can implement in getting on track. Get a copy for yourself and another for a friend while you're at it!

4This book will make you think!  Jul 01, 2007
By J. D'Agostino
Reading Think or Lose Everything confirms Descartes in the negative; that is, "I don't think, therefore I am not." Another thing reading this book confirms that "Bob" Gillham is not just a "good ole boy" from west Texas. It is clear that he has some significant insights into our society and shares them with us with passion.
Bob's insight into the takeover of our educational system is noteworthy. He coined the phrase "educational terrorists" to describe those who seek to control educational and our children. If we don't think about what our children are being taught, then we lose their ideas to those in charge of their education - the terrorists.
Think or Lose Everything wants you to think about what is happening to our society and the values that make America great. Gillham looks at the media and entertainment and asks you to think about the values that they are, inch by inch, seeping into our culture. He also wants you to think about those who he believes would deny you your religion in the name of their religion.
Gillham takes on takes on Teddy Kennedy, George Soros (he actually worked for him), the ACLU, and the New York Times. He wants you to think for yourself, not to let these folks to do it for you. He also has a timely chapter on immigration that should get you thinking.
If you are concerned about your children, worried about war, or nervous about globalism, well Bob has some ideas you should think about.
Bob has made a great start as an author and produced a thought provoking book. What appears to be quick read takes a little more time if you think about what you are reading. You will not agree with everything Bob says, but it will stir your passions. While the book could have used a little more editing and little less ALL CAPS, it demonstrates that there are bright people out there who can communicates as well as those paid a lot of money to do the same thing.
Thanks, Bob for getting me thinking!
