Mrs. Wise,
I'd like to thank you for what you have done for all of us who hold a special place in our heart for ZHS. It's an amazing body of work and clearly required an incredible amount of time and commitment.

Dear Madonna,
Thank you so very much for all of the hard work that you and your husband put into this wonderful book. I looked up my mother and was soooooooooooooo delighted to see her name. You have done an absolutely wonderful job with this.

You couldn't believe the excitement I got when a link to your site
popped up this evening. It's wonderful and I can't believe you had the time or energy to get all this together and write Tapestry-Zephyrhills.
Thanks for all the hard work!

Wonderful "History of ZHS". I can't tell you how many wonderful memories it has brought back. You should be very proud of this tremendous endeavor. I still fondly remember those formative years. I officially graduated in 1976 and I counted many of the teachers as friends as well. They shaped who I became. Three very specifically come to mind. The first two were Mrs. Marlette and Mr. Bailey and of course there was band. I noticed the tributes to Mr. Clark - they don't even tell a billionth of the stories. He was absolutely amazing and truly one of a kind. He left millions of impressions on this earth. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know I appreciate your dedication and hard work. I know that words aren't enough, but thank you.

Small town history Oct 15, 2008

Mrs. Wise captures small town education with a flourish! She covers all the aspects from buildings to vibrant personalities all the way from 100 years ago. If you are a history buff or want to know a main street that changed its educational goals over 100 years... this book is for you. She used a narrative and many photographs to capture the changes over time past and present. I am proud of my former teacher!

Remember when... Jun 03, 2008

As a student graduating Zephyrhills High School in 1977, I truly enjoyed this trip down memory lane. Mrs. Wise, our beloved teacher now turned author, has painstakingly delivered a pictorial and written account of 100 years of community struggle, change and growth. This is a must have for anyone that ever walked the halls of ZHS, anyone that ever went to school in Small-town U.S.A., or anyone that ever wanted to go to school in Small-town U.S.A. What a treasure (the book and Mrs. Wise)!!!!!
