4Learn to prepare tasty natural foods and whole grains (for people who are into wholesome/macrobiotic nutrition)  Jul 30, 2008
This is a great cookbook with some good explanation on Macrobiotic nutrition. It's great for people who just discovered whole grains and natural ingredients and need to learn how to prepare those ingredients in a tasty way (they don't come out very well when you don't know how to prepare them) and for people who have experience with these food but want to learn more recipes.
Most recipes are very simple to prepare. I've really enjoyed the book and the food that I've made.
The only con I have is I'd wish they had more images/photos of the outcome but that's how i like cookbooks, photo for each recipe.
