A Fun Read Oct 28, 2009
By Lauren A. Donovan Teleport This is a great example of witty and fun science fiction. The characters are very entertaining and the story moves along very quickly, without getting bogged down in technobabble. It begins on present day earth, focused on main characters Gilbert and Simon, but they're quickly complemented with a variety of other characters, specifically a couple of take charge girls that set the boys straight as they bop around the universe. It's fun watching Gilbert and Simon develop from geeks to guys over the course of the story. The best part is that you don't need to be a science fiction lover to enjoy this book.
Sci-fi fans will appreciate the semi-veiled references to other books and movies, but anyone looking for a good read will enjoy the story and its humorous dialogue.

Just what I needed Dec 29, 2010
By Cal Zephyr I was slogging through a different sci-fi book by some major author when someone recommended this. It was a breath of fresh air. Quick read, doesn't take itself seriously, and fun. I've just downloaded the next in this series and I'm looking forward to it.
Great fun Dec 12, 2010
By Alan Cummings This is a very fun and original story. It moves along fast and is pure entertainment. I was a little leery of buying a book from this unknown-to-me author, but it was the right move! Highly recommended.
A fun romp across the universe Feb 22, 2010
By Angelo Rivardo I recommend this novel for anyone looking for a good story with a fair amount of humor mixed in. I think the best way to describe it is something like The Bang Theory meets Doctor Who and Charlie's Angels. And that would be the latest renditions of the Doctor and the Angels.
Interesting and funny, that's what this is and that's how I like them.
