Buy the new Edition by Hampton Roads Publishing - Even Better Sep 07, 2011

Hello everyone,
This book has been expanded for 32 to a 124 page new edition by Hampton Roads Publishing due out October 2011. AND Thich Naht Hanh has written the foreword to this new edition. You can pre-order it on Amazon any time. This is not your average Buddhism 101 book. I share my experience of the teachings and how I used them to heal the effects of oppression.
