Carolyn provides an effective, guerilla warfare way to make your job search more successful. She effectively teaches you how to tap into the hidden job market and find out about positions not being advertised. This book combined with "Ten Easy Steps To A Perfect Resume" will prepare you well for your job search and obtaining your next position.

Very fun to read. This book is filled with positive thinking and great advice to prepare you for going after the job you want. It keeps things in perspective and helps you to seek realistic opportunities as much as it encourages you to reach for your dreams. It has many helpful examples for people like me who don't know where to begin and really cleared up a lot of questions I had about the role and function of recruiters in a job search. The most important lesson that I walked away with was that you have to make connections, and this book tells you how to get out there and do it! The ten steps are more like ten challenges you accept when you are looking for a new job... The audience is anyone who is unemployed, looking to take a step up in their careers, or anyone wanting to switch careers and has helpful tips and tricks for each.
