The Adventures of Jasmine Turmalina

This is the fictional story of the adventures of Jasmine Turmalina, a headstrong nine-year old girl who encounters some mysterious night creatures in the yard of her suburban home. Through a bizarre series of events, not of her own making, she ends up as a captive in the Better Behavior Academy for Non-Obedient Girls. BeBe, as the school is known, is run by stern but ( you wouldn't guess) kindly adult midget ladies known as Monitors. Along with her captive friend Cortina, and her impossibly difficult doll Sochi, Jasmine escapes BeBe but encounters strange and terrifying creatures in a deep, dark forest. And this forest isn't just any forest: it is the home of dreadful bats, unicorns, donkeys and magicians and-- worst of all--the feared and pitiless Craxies.
