As a residential trainee appraiser in Florida a state requirement was passed mandating logbook requirements for all Florida Trainees. After searching the internet and book stores there were no log books to be found. I decided at this point to write one myself.

The Logbook is simple, easy to use and contains enough pages for 50 appraisals. The Appraisers Log Book also contains a Mileage Log and an Invoice tracking log.
