This book is very well written, documents Associations management, pitfalls of Association management and preferential treatment. The book must have taken a tremendous amount of research or the writer had first-hand knowledge of the Association in which he/she was involved.
I, being from Hawaii, have firsthand knowledge of our own Association which is led by people with no comprehension of what they are dealing with, such as, finances, architectural, structural, plumbing, landscape and most importantly, people problems. Frankly,an Association is a nonprofit corporation, not to be run by incompetent people who have no business experience.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone that is in an Association, or is contemplating purchasing a dwelling that is administered by an Association.
