Phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! Adrienne Bellamy at her best. Thank you Adrienne, for allowing me to be the first person to read the book, you even hand delivered it to me. I'll never forget that. Love ya!
You have got to get your hands on a copy of this book. Denise Garner got her "woman". Checkmate. She taught Ms. Carolyn a valuable lesson, don't mess with my husband!!!!!!! Denise and her legal team broke her down to the lowest common denominator. Sister girl thought she was going to get away with "murder", guess again. Checkmate.
Ms. Bellamy writes with the same vitality that you see and feel when in her presence. She will take you on a whirlwind throughout the book as you get to walk step by step with Denise Garner's character as she tries to find her deceased husband's body. All that she uncovers will blow your mind. To find out what happens from beginning to end you have to do what I did, get the book!!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed.

Ms. Bellamy has done it again. She has given us a thought provoking, soul searching, gut renching, heart
warming, and dedicated portryal of what it is like to have loved, hated and sought revenge all in one package.
Her love for Lenny had come and gone...but her inner good could not phantom what happened to him by his
new love Carolyn Monroe.
Deep within we all have someone in the past we want to foget and move on without but the good
in us wishes that person no harm, until the harm is inflicted by the other woman like Carolyn
Monroe...Denise Garner was a loving mother, who sought revenge for her daughter in ways that the best
detective could not even think of...in the end she prevailed for Lenny, after all he was once the love
of her life...Checkmate!....Great Job!

Adrienne's character, Denise Garner has to be the most persistent woman on the planet. I was totally blown away in how long she perservered, literally, against all odds, to find out what she needed to know. Nancy Drew ain't got nothing on her! She became private detective personified!
My word, this has to be the most fascinating book I have ever read! I loved every minute reading it. I enjoyed it so much, I could not contain myself, like, during my train commute to and from work. I sometimes laughed so hard on the train, that I cried (tears, snot, the works). It was more than once or twice that fellow commuters asked me what I was reading. I would show them the title and proudly brag on how I knew the author personally!
I was sold on Adrienne's first book, Departures, and did not think she could top that one but boy, oh boy, did she! Adrienne writes stories that engulf your whole self. It is like you are actually watching a movie, in your head. (And, by the way, somebody needs to make a movie out of one of her books; I'm just saying!) I recommend this book to everyone who enjoyed life the way it was, "back in the day" and don't mind laughing out loud no matter where they are because "The Bitch . . ." book will do that for you. It will take you on a ride (and you learn all kinds of legal stuff, too) that will make you get back in line to go again. Trust me on this one, once you read it, you will be looking for all Adrienne's other books to read too. They are just that enjoyable.

Adrienne Bellamy has done it again. This book is so real. I felt like I was living the story as it was being told. I absolutely loved it. Each time I read one of her books, I can't put it down and when I'm finished, I just want more and more. The story being told here could happen to anyone. It really makes you want to make sure you have your life in order and shows you the repercussions of not finishing one relationship before you begin another. I can't wait for the next book!

What a caper.........What a page turner...........
This is a true magic carpet ride for the reader along with the main character, Denise Garner. You accompany Denise on her trip through life with all the ups and downs.
You sit back and watch Denise jockey her way through red tape, personal confrontations,medical issues etc with NO details forgotten. She knows how to stay on top and how to work the system.
The characters, are so real. They are people you meet everyday and like, or do not like but add the spice to make this story a great read. You feel like you have met these people before.
Denise is someone special, the mold was thrown out when she was born........... She keeps the reader laughing, crying and feeling very angry. All these emotions can be experienced on one page... The motion of the story moves so quickly you do not want it to end. It goes from the loving and gentle care of a friend's small child to many crazy acts that will have the reader hysterical laughing.
You feel the energy in her writing and her quest for Denise to find the truth is hell bent. Denise Garner is a one woman show................and Ms Bellamy has a huge hit.
