The Butterfly in Thy Heart: In times like these, finding happiness

A fun, colorfully illustrated, book of thought provoking philosophical perspectives that sparks higher self awareness. Introspective thought is not often pursued in today’s society; but the key to self-understanding,& an honest/objective view of others & the world. An accurate perception of reality has a direct impact on our ability to live a content life; so to see “without” clearly, we need to understand “within.” Universities & religions have made attempts, at various levels of “commitment,” to stimulate reflective thought. While others, intent on management, control, & pre-programming people, work hard to stunt it; for an introspective, reflective, & therefore clear mind is not easy to manipulate. Sit back & take a trip to “you,”as you read through the pages. It is a book that is enjoyably re-read many times; with new insights derived with each reading. Thus reflecting our ever-changing perceptions of the world,& our lives; vis-à-vis our evolving “lens” through which we view them.

5A book to color your day and your soul!  Sep 25, 2009
By Danny
I received this book as a gift this morning, I was not expecting it at all. I was having a bad day lots of things going on etc... I took half and hour to read this lovely gift from a thoughtful friend.

I had half an hour of beautiful escape, feeding my soul and mind with its amazing words of wisdom and outstanding honesty.
This is a book that will colour your life and feed your soul. It made me feel good about myself and allowed me respite from my previously bad day.
Highly recommended, but don't buy one, instead buy two one for yourself and one for someone you love. Change someone's day like my friend changed mine.
This book is a work of art, and a well needed escape from this fast frenzied world.
Give yourself and your soul a gift, highly recommended.

4Genuine  Nov 23, 2009
By W. Kawaguchi "WDonna Kawaguchi"
First of all, this book is quite different from his usual style. He mixed some of the water coloring mediums in this book, which
makes it quite colorful and beautiful. I believe it didn't take much for him to master the water coloring techniques as well! Very impressive!!
Anyways, this book is for anyone- any age, gender- people can relate to this book in any shape or form. The topic of this book is life-
and the struggles in life, and it is quite moving. I really appreciated the book. Hopefully everyone that has/buys this book feels the same way as I do!!!

5Quick uplifting read  Nov 01, 2009
By Ana A. Alcaraz "chem_chica"
I read this on one of those cloudy winter days and it brought a nice spot of sunshine into my life. It's quick to read through with more insight brought out of the text with each re-read. And the colorful pictures are soothing for the eyes!
