4Easy Read  Aug 19, 2008
I got the book last night and finished it . I can understand better what is going on with my head . I think this is a great book to read for anyone with Chiari or if you want more info on it. My family will read this book as well as co-workers. It si great. Dr. Oro is a great Doc as well.

4excellent book  Jun 19, 2008
this is an excellent book to give to friends and family because it is short enough that they might actually read it, but it comprehensive, ie. packed with good info. For the patient, I also recommend this book but in addition, I recommend Conquer Chiari: A Patient's Guide To The Chiari Malformation, which is a much longer book and goes into the patient's perspective in more detail.

5Great book for Chiari patients and their families  Apr 18, 2008
Chiari Malformation Type I is a diagnosis few will hear, and once we do hear it, we need to know as much about this as possible. This book is an excellent family guide through the medical issues and diagnosis with Chiari, and it helps the patient and the family navigate this relatively unknown medical issue.
