This is a book that is a must read for everyone.
Discovering your "P" will explain how you react to different situations in your life. The "Points to Ponder" at the end of each chapter are especially thought provoking.
The last chapter left me feeling as if I was empowered. I felt I could motivate myself, which Dr. Minton explains is the hardest person to motivate, to conquer whatever challenges are handed to me.
