This book is inspiring and uplifting especially for this time of the year and can be related to all days of the year. The part that I find so true to life is " You must find yourself, and then you will have so much more to give to another person."

Probably a good book for young to older teens who are beginning adulthood, time to think about how they are going to live their lives in the future. Very basic, clearly stated ideas which can be understood and put into practice either in a group or on their own. Appreciate the courage of the author to publish and add to the education of our young society.

The Fulfilled Cup examines the lives in such a way that it will suggest you re-visit your own life's purpose and passions. Truly a book I recommend for all ages.

Loved it! Thank you Ms. Evans for taking the "abstract" in our lives and making it tangible. I would even recommend this book for young adults. The book was a fun and insightful take on things. It truly inspired me :)
