A Lifetime's Work in the Area of the Growing Earth Theory Jan 01, 2008
By David de Hilster This book is a tribute to a lifetime of work by the author who is a field geologist. Unlike many of his colleagues, he looks at truth and does not conform to popularity but to geological facts. The fact is, the earth is growing and we need to start looking into why. Shehu jumps from technical geological examples from his home country in Albania and the mountains there, to the formation of planets, the solar system, and galaxies, all the way back down to the sub-atomic and atomic levels. He jumps around from the micro to the macro with ease, always basing himself in the geology he knows and loves.
It is not the case you have to agree with his particular ideas of why the earth is growing and developing. It is the idea that he is there trying and his work is though-provoking and commendable. During this journey, he gives a great summary of the history and facts of the idea that the earth is growing - a theory that is starting to gain more and more acceptance around the world despite the main streams efforts to suppress it.
The earth is growing and this is someone who has spent six decades studying this area. It is a not only a must read for those interested in a growing earth hypothesis, it is one of the few books out there on the subject - a monumental task from an incredible journey by one unafraid, astute student of the world and a life-time of work. This subject will someday be mainstream and Shehu will be seen as one of its pioneers.
There are so few books in this area, this is a must read. Once it is mainstream, this area will be THE area in science spanning subjects from sub-atomic particles to the creation of galaxies.
