5Fantastic Book for Chile Heads!  Apr 07, 2006
Finally! A book that uses chile peppers to bring out the great taste of foods without smothering them with heat! It's obvious the author is well informed. She gives a lot of interesting facts about different chile peppers and how to use them according to their heat level. And recipes are really easy to follow. I definitely give this one 5+ stars.
