A Must Read for Managers. Nov 05, 2008 The Infinite Power of Teams is perfect for any organization. The principles outlined in the book will retool corporations at a time when so much is at stake with the economy. The experience the author, Michael Miller shares is invaluable for businesses and volunteer organizations alike. The Infinite Power of Teams is a must read for any individual working with people. I highly recommend it.

A Simple, New Way of Working Oct 29, 2008 I wish I had read this book when I was teaching. My days would have been much easier. Miller has given us (anyone who works with people)a simple, but profound principle for working with groups. It's apparent in his story that he has sucessfully used this principle for over 20 years with many types of groups. I believe Miller's story has come along at just the right time. Our lives and our work are in transition, perhaps like not other time in our history. We have to change the way we work in this transition, or get left behind. Mike Miller has given us not only a a way to keep up in this fast-paced time, but a simple process to achieve greatness This book will be a keeper for your library. You'll want to refer to it again.
